Responsibilities
- Develop custom tools for Oracle Database Masking using Bash scripts and PL/SQL.
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
- Automate and improve development and release processes.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure proper workflow adherence.
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes.
- Troubleshoot and fix code bugs.
- Monitor processes for adherence and implement improvements.
- Encourage automation of processes wherever possible.
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of infrastructure development experience.
- Technical management experience to lead a global team of system engineers.
- Experience in compute strategies for production and non-production environments.
- Proficient in DevOps practices and managing SRE teams.
- Experience with storage management and system upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX server maintenance and administration.
- Experience with VMWARE and large-scale virtualized environments.
- Familiarity with containerization using Kubernetes.
- Scripting experience with Ruby/Perl and shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of network and server security.
