Base Salary
$115k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation.
- Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and other data exchange methods.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support platform security and compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation and support end users as needed.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required on day one; TS clearance is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Washington, DC.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, Discovery, and federal agencies or classified environments is preferred.
