$155k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS systems and internal tools.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to gather requirements and manage projects.
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline user lifecycle management and operational processes.
- Evaluate and select integration approaches based on reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to define technical requirements and validate solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and drive root-cause analysis.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations and workflows.
- Ensure integrations follow best practices for security and data management.
- Implement automation frameworks for provisioning and configuration management.
- Support incident response as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
- Manage project lifecycles from discovery to implementation.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in building integrations or automation in enterprise environments.
- Deep experience with integration platforms like Workato, Snaplogic, or Boomi.
- Experience with identity management products like Okta.
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as Google Workspace and Atlassian.
- Experience with HRIS/Finance/CRM tools like ADP and Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency with APIs and authentication standards.
- Experience developing integrations using languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Strong debugging and testing skills in production environments.
- Experience designing scalable automation workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- A focus on clean architecture and iterative improvement.
