Base Salary

$155k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS systems and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to gather requirements and manage projects.
  • Develop workflows and automation to streamline user lifecycle management and operational processes.
  • Evaluate and select integration approaches based on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to define technical requirements and validate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations and workflows.
  • Ensure integrations follow best practices for security and data management.
  • Implement automation frameworks for provisioning and configuration management.
  • Support incident response as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
  • Manage project lifecycles from discovery to implementation.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in building integrations or automation in enterprise environments.
  • Deep experience with integration platforms like Workato, Snaplogic, or Boomi.
  • Experience with identity management products like Okta.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as Google Workspace and Atlassian.
  • Experience with HRIS/Finance/CRM tools like ADP and Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency with APIs and authentication standards.
  • Experience developing integrations using languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong debugging and testing skills in production environments.
  • Experience designing scalable automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A focus on clean architecture and iterative improvement.
