Responsibilities
- Own and evolve backend services using C# and .NET Core.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, including time-series data solutions such as TimescaleDB.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous systems using message brokers, queues, topics, and pub/sub.
- Use Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control, code reviews, branching, and conflict resolution.
- Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and support accurate delivery estimation.
- Collaborate with the team through technical problem solving, clean maintainable code, and proactive communication.
- Support automated workflows, infrastructure provisioning, containerization, and application monitoring where applicable.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge covering relational design and performance optimization.
- Advanced Git skills, including GitFlow, rebasing, and conflict resolution.
- Previous experience working in Agile teams and using Jira.
- Fluent Spanish is required; English is highly valued for technical documentation and collaboration.
- Recommended qualifications include GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus, Application Insights, ELK, or similar monitoring tools.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges with clean, maintainable code and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
