Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to capture business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable SAP solutions.
- Build and maintain complex SAP application configurations aligned with user and business requirements.
- Perform advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of application fixes and version updates.
- Support SAP Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and related supply chain applications.
- Provide complex technical application support and communicate with users regarding support requests and needs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, architects, and business partners throughout the application lifecycle.
- Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
- Contribute to automation, integrations, secure scalable solutions, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 or more years.
- 5 or more years of SAP application development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting warehouse, transportation, or logistics applications.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: deep Warehouse Management expertise in WM or EWM.
- Preferred: Transportation Management and Supply Chain Execution integration experience.
- Preferred: GitHub CI/CD, API development, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP BTP experience.
- Preferred: experience mentoring developers and using AI-assisted software engineering.
