Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for in-house software products and customized solutions.
- Support partners integrating their systems with Glory products.
- Research, design, implement, and comprehensively test software programs.
- Perform field installation and training when necessary.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software-related field problems.
- Create requirements documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with sales teams, developers, and other departments during project implementation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or degree in computing, or a related IT certification.
- Experience developing with .NET Core 3.1 or above.
- Familiarity with dependency injection.
- Experience with either C# Web API or C# WPF application development; experience with both is preferred.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and using JSON Web Token authentication.
- Excellent English-language, communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
