Responsibilities
- Define product software design and architecture for ground support systems supporting sixth-generation and other platforms.
- Define software requirements and provide direction for Software Requirements Specifications.
- Develop software independently, establish development guidelines, and maintain the software development toolchain.
- Define and optimize software design and coding environments in collaboration with specialists and system administrators.
- Define software testing strategies, expand automated testing, conduct tests, and report progress, risks, and recovery actions.
- Define Statements of Work for outsourced software development and integrate third-party software components.
- Design and develop advanced artificial intelligence algorithms for complex problems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into company products.
- Research and implement machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Junior-level experience, with 1–2 years in software development, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Experience with .NET-based software development and C#, C++, and Python.
- Knowledge of Python libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Plotly, and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of version control, software configuration management, and collaborative development tools such as Git and VS Code.
- Experience interfacing with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, and integrating PostgreSQL with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Knowledge of microservices development, Kafka, refactoring monolithic architectures, web and on-premise application architectures, and Microsoft operating systems.
- Ability to analyze software performance against available hardware resources and automate software testing procedures.
- Preferred qualifications include avionics and mission-planning knowledge, distributed computing and robust clustering for large datasets, project engineering, SQL, aerospace design and certification standards, and training in microservices, CI/CD, containers, or big data analytics.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, teamwork and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and willingness to travel.
