Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support attended and unattended RPA bots.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical workflows.
- Integrate automation solutions with SAP, web applications, databases, Excel, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks, including exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms.
- Support UAT, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and post-production maintenance.
- Create and maintain Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, runbooks, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of RPA or Power Automate Desktop development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing with Power Automate Desktop and integrating it with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Experience implementing the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, including desktop and web UI automation, Excel automation, file operations, and data extraction.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Power Platform connectors, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and the Office 365 ecosystem.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of version control, deployment processes, exception-handling frameworks, and logging strategies.
- Exposure to AI Builder, OCR, or intelligent document processing solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum environments.
