Base Salary
$138k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architectures and solution designs for enterprise Appian BPM implementations.
- Create reusable Appian frameworks, components, and architectural patterns.
- Gather requirements with client business and technical teams and translate them into Appian solutions.
- Develop architecture documents, high-level designs, technical specifications, workflows, process models, and automation solutions.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise systems.
- Guide development involving Appian SAIL, CDTs, Records, Sites, task reports, and related platform capabilities.
- Support CI/CD implementation, production deployments, application releases, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Review implementations for architecture standards, security requirements, scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
Requirements
- Appian L1, L2, or L3 Certification is required.
- Strong experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise Appian BPM solutions is required.
- Expertise in Appian SAIL, process modeling, Records, Sites, CDTs, task reports, workflow development, and business process automation is required.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, components, and architectural patterns for Appian applications is required.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations is required.
- Experience creating architecture documents, high-level designs, and technical specifications is required.
- Knowledge of deployment automation and CI/CD processes is required.
- Experience supporting production deployments, troubleshooting issues, and resolving application defects is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Advanced Appian certifications, large-scale Appian transformation leadership, enterprise BPM governance, cloud-native architectures, modern integration patterns, team mentoring, security, performance optimization, scalability, and Agile or DevOps-focused delivery experience are preferred.
