Base Salary
$164k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain data infrastructure supporting ML and analytics workflows.
- Own and improve the Data Movement Platform for batch and streaming data processing.
- Build infrastructure for Spark, Flink, and Airflow and contribute to open source when needed.
- Develop automated, declarative, self-service solutions for data users.
- Share on-call responsibilities and support monitoring and alerting to improve reliability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teammates and partner teams to build scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of production software engineering experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as Python, Scala, Go, or Java.
- Expertise designing and implementing large-scale systems.
- Experience monitoring project progress and demonstrating proactive leadership across diverse projects.
- Experience with cloud services, Airflow, Kubernetes, Spark, Flink, and/or modern cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Base salary range of $164,200–$229,900 USD, plus potential restricted stock units and possible commission depending on the position offered.
