Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications across supported modules.
- Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models based on functional and technical requirements.
- Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, script includes, integrations, and ACLs.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, quality assurance, upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
- Implement and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics elements.
- Participate in ServiceNow consulting implementation projects and R&D activities.
- Identify and implement ServiceNow best practices and new platform technologies, and report and document R&D project results.
Requirements
- At least 3–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Proven development experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least three ServiceNow modules, preferably IRM/GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or ITOM.
- Practical experience with workflow design, automation, server/client scripting, and custom application development.
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, MID Server, integrations, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Understanding of platform workflows, data models, and cross-module dependencies.
- ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications, with IRM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- English at C2 level; additional European languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
