Base Salary
$104k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Braze’s SMS and RCS channels across composition, sending, responses, and analytics.
- Ship high-value full-stack features quickly and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Own key technical areas, solve open-ended problems, and maintain platform dependability as traffic expands.
- Support Chat messaging services including internal click tracking and link shortening.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Professional experience building distributed systems at scale.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience working in a team environment.
- Bonus experience with Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience with agile processes is a bonus.
