Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications according to business process and application requirements.
- Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch, and manage transports across SAP landscapes.
- Manage SAP-related databases and perform performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Administer SAP security concepts and user access.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions affecting multiple teams.
- Coordinate project tasks to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of database management and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with SAP upgrades, patches, and transport management.
- Understanding of SAP security concepts and user administration.
