Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, coding, testing, and debugging software features.
- Use GenAI tools to plan, generate, and test features.
- Pair-program with senior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Write and maintain automated tests with guidance from team members.
- Investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs under supervision.
- Participate in standups, demos, retrospectives, and other team rituals.
- Learn and apply AI-agent direction, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Motivation to learn development tools and workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Interest in developing as a full-stack developer through frontend and backend implementation.
- Curiosity about technology trends, performance, and software development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Bilingual French-English ability is considered an asset.
