Responsibilities
- Develop functional prototypes quickly to validate new product features.
- Translate product ideas into scripts, tools, mini-applications, and working demonstrations.
- Build new solutions from scratch and extend or modify existing codebases for rapid validation.
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers, researchers, and developers to refine concepts.
- Create lightweight solutions using Cursor, simple web applications, and data tools.
- Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback and provide evidence for product investment decisions.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and the ability to navigate and modify existing codebases.
- Ability to understand and extend unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Experience building small applications end to end.
- Familiarity with APIs, data handling, and basic user-interface tools.
- Ability to work pragmatically and effectively in an ambiguous, execution-focused environment.
- English proficiency is required for frequent communication with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues outside Quebec.
