Responsibilities
- Improve iOS app performance, stability, and reliability while monitoring key metrics.
- Migrate legacy APIs and UI tools to current iOS frameworks and development patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain core frameworks, shared components, and development infrastructure.
- Write well-tested code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Define and uphold mobile engineering standards, best practices, and scalable processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver user experiences, and create prototypes for emerging technologies.
- Mentor iOS developers and contribute to blogs, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level iOS development knowledge, including Swift, Objective-C, architectural patterns, and frameworks.
- Strong Swift and Objective-C coding ability with solid computer science and operating systems fundamentals.
- Experience profiling iOS performance using Instruments in Xcode.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and unit testing on iOS.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience as an iOS mobile developer with hands-on Swift and Objective-C experience.
