Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain patient-facing web and mobile functionality using React or React Native and TypeScript.
- Develop backend-for-frontend and configuration services using Node.js.
- Build and consume GraphQL APIs connecting frontend applications with the broader Unified Trial Solutions platform.
- Own features from technical design and development through testing, release, and production support.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews, Scrum ceremonies, and PI planning.
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to other engineers.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes with testing and incident-management teams.
- Contribute to engineering standards, development practices, architecture, and AI-assisted development improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including work on large-scale or complex applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React or React Native and TypeScript.
- Experience developing backend services or backend-for-frontend applications using Node.js.
- Experience designing, building, or consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development and application architecture.
- Experience with automated and unit testing frameworks such as Jest and with test-driven development.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version-control workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
- Preferred qualifications include accessibility experience, Azure DevOps CI/CD experience, Figma collaboration, design-system experience, Java backend development, AI/ML-enabled production features, healthcare or regulated-industry experience, GxP or SaMD validation familiarity, and native iOS or Android development.

- Annual base pay ranges from $127,352.00 to $167,149.50 USD.
