Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Run technical and process discovery with cross-functional customer stakeholders across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections during sales situations.
Own solution designs, solution maps, module selection, data requirements, integration scope, and phasing.
Translate solution designs into scoped statements of work and sequenced implementation plans.
Partner with Sales and commercial leadership on technically deliverable proposals and order forms.
Lead solution workshops and guide configuration through customer go-live.
Coordinate technical handoffs with Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Create reusable solution designs, discovery materials, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.
Experience conducting technical discovery and translating requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
Demonstrated ownership of solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.
Experience scoping implementation plans, sizing effort, sequencing work, and identifying dependencies and long-lead items.
Proficiency delivering customer-tailored demonstrations and handling technical objections.
Domain experience in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management systems and workflows.
Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software modules such as product release management, qualification systems, or control tower platforms.
Ability to coordinate technical handoffs across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Proficiency with Figma or FigJam and Linear or Jira.
Familiarity with data integration patterns, API-driven architectures, or system interoperability challenges is preferred.
Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, food, or healthcare with compliance and traceability requirements is preferred.
