Base Salary
$165k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to executive and technical audiences.
- Demonstrate Snowflake’s value throughout sales cycles, including demos, proofs of concept, design, and implementation.
- Work with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, develop winning strategies, and close business.
- Discover customer architecture frameworks and connect them with Snowflake Data Architecture.
- Track competitive and complementary technologies and position Snowflake effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales environment.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
- Broad experience with large-scale database and data warehouse technologies, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies, including concepts such as Data Lake, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric.
- Ability to connect customer business problems and architectures with Snowflake solutions.
- Curiosity about the AI landscape and ability to serve as a technical thought partner for customers.
- Experience using AI code generation tools to improve productivity.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred; a master’s degree in data science or business administration is a plus.
- Experience with global systems integrators such as EY, Deloitte, or Accenture is beneficial but not required.
