Base Salary

$113k - $183k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, develop, write, and implement Salesforce software applications using agile methods.
  • Gather client requirements and prepare solution designs, integration strategies, and data models.
  • Resolve workflow problems through automation optimization and determine the appropriate balance between declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Develop proofs of concept and enhance existing applications.
  • Design and develop integrations with other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Own complex workstreams while collaborating with Solution Architects and Lead Engineers.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software at scale.

Requirements

  • Extensive Salesforce development experience, typically 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with a master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Batch Apex, and APIs.
  • Experience deploying with Copado, Azure DevOps, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Understanding or experience with data modeling, security architecture, and application architectural patterns.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data and real-time insights.
  • Experience developing and integrating AI-driven workflows and automation using Agentforce capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of software product design, scalability, maintainability, decision-making, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints in a team-oriented environment.
