Base Salary

$239k - $315k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare solution plays across provider, payer, and life sciences organizations.
  • Build reusable healthcare use cases, demos, architectures, talk tracks, discovery guides, POV kits, and competitive assets.
  • Partner with sales managers, Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, industry advisors, and customers on workshops, executive briefings, and strategic deals.
  • Translate CIO, CISO, CMO, COO, and CFO priorities into success criteria, proof-of-value plans, and executive summaries.
  • Coach and mentor regional Solutions Engineers on HIPAA-conscious architecture, buyer mapping, healthcare domain knowledge, and outcome-based selling.
  • Represent Splunk at healthcare industry events and user groups and provide healthcare-market feedback to product management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales, ideally serving providers, payers, or life sciences organizations.
  • Architectural experience and technical credibility with healthcare technology and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience with outcome-based selling, economic buyers, success criteria, POV discipline, and executive storytelling.
  • A track record of rolling out a healthcare go-to-market and a force-multiplier approach to enablement.
  • Preferred familiarity with Epic, Oracle Health, Citrix, HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, interface engines, healthcare applications, PACS/VNA, DICOM, payer workflows, and healthcare cyber and operational risk.
  • Willingness to travel 50% for customer engagements and industry events.
