Responsibilities
- Get up to speed on the current growth stack and team management of CRM and outbound tools.
- Identify fragmented, manual, or difficult-to-scale workflows.
- Map internal GTM systems needed to support growth functions.
- Build and improve internal systems for the growth function.
- Create a cohesive operating system for growth from separate tools and channels.
- Support localization efforts across multiple global regions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems, outbound tools, paid ads, and SEO/GEO workflows.
- Experience automating workflows using tools like Zapier or AI tools.
- Strong technical fluency, including SQL, analytics, and systems thinking.
- A builder mindset, adaptable and practical in ambiguous environments.
- Relentlessly curious with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for fast-paced collaboration.
