Responsibilities
- Ship product features and improvements with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams on new features.
- Advocate for product quality, security, performance, coding standards, and maintainability.
- Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
- Write and review frontend code for a high-scale web environment.
- Identify team inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Own projects from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience building web applications with JavaScript frameworks such as Ember.js or React.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems clearly and propose iterative solutions.
- Experience owning projects from concept through production.
- Self-motivated, self-managing, organized, and solution-oriented.
