Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce Lightning Web Component solutions for supply chain and operations processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features and coordinate integrations with business processes and data models.
- Lead implementation activities including coding, unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment.
- Analyze and optimize component performance, resolve defects, and manage enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with product owners, operations stakeholders, integration teams, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation covering solution designs, configurations, component specifications, user guidance, and support references.
- Mentor junior technologists through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Support program management through effort estimation, timeline coordination, progress tracking, and status reporting.
- Gather business feedback and recommend enhancements and innovative Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Component development, including component design, configuration, and deployment.
- Eight to ten years of relevant technology experience.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts such as inventory visibility, order management, and process optimization.
- Program management skills for organizing requirements, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data security, automation, and integration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs and metrics and define corrective actions.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders in hybrid work environments.
