Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Build and enable data mesh pipelines and support IBDF tool adoption for consumer migration and Client 360 use cases.
- Design and implement scalable data processing systems and data pipeline architectures.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, scalability, and quality.
- Lead and mentor team members and help enhance their technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align software delivery with business objectives.
- Contribute to team discussions, independently resolve work-related problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply data governance, security, and compliance standards to data engineering solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency in data engineering, including data pipeline architectures and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data processing systems.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Strong data workflow optimization skills for performance and reliability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
