Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Build and enable data mesh pipelines and support IBDF tool adoption for consumer migration and Client 360 use cases.
- Design and implement scalable data processing systems and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Lead and mentor team members while guiding them through software design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
- Set development standards, ensure code quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate actively in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Proficiency in Data Engineering, including data pipeline architectures and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data processing systems.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- 15 years of full-time education.
