Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Build governed, discoverable, and secure data products using Databricks, data mesh principles, and IBDF tools.
- Perform data integration, transformation, storage, and workflow optimization for performance and reliability.
- Lead and mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and align software solutions with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and apply development standards and best practices to maintain quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Data Engineering, including scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Expertise in data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
- Experience with data governance and security best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
