Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services, APIs, and front-end applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Clinical/Ops teams to shape features from concept through delivery.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Optimize performance across the stack for reliability and speed.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience building SaaS, mobile, or health tech products.
- Strong command of front-end technologies including React Native, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Elixir, Python, or Ruby on Rails for back-end development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience in mental health technology, health startups, or regulated environments is a bonus.
- Candidates must be based locally and fluent in the local language.
