Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance the Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie Dispatcher warehouse management application.
- Develop Oracle SQL and advanced PL/SQL functionality and implement Dispatcher customizations.
- Support merge rules, RF/RDT warehouse workflows, reporting, and client-specific functionality.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and application support.
- Support testing, UAT, and production releases.
- Work with warehouse processes including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Requirements
- Real technical experience with Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie Dispatcher WMS.
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development and Oracle SQL experience.
- Experience with Dispatcher customizations, client-specific functionality, and merge rules.
- Experience with RF/RDT warehouse workflows and JasperReports/Jaspersoft.
- Technical troubleshooting, application support, testing, UAT, and production release experience.
- Knowledge of core warehouse processes including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
