Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, estimate, and deliver features across the full stack.
- Leverage Azure services to build scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Improve software applications and manage delivery pipelines.
- Drive rigorous testing to ensure production-ready software.
- Use observability tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design reviews.
- Continuously improve team operations and technology choices.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of application development experience.
- Proficient in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with advanced SQL Server knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
- Ability to influence and mentor developers in an agile environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production application support.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
