Base Salary
$130k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integrations for dedicated logistics service provider accounts
- Configure bidirectional webhooks and event-driven pipelines connecting AI agents with customer TMS, WMS, and ERP systems
- Unify customer data into actionable signals across core business systems
- Customize interfaces and agent logic for freight procurement, load tendering, and exception-handling workflows
- Feed context to agents and debug failures by tracing issues to data points, prompts, or tool use
- Build event-driven pipelines carrying millions of logistics events per day
- Bring field observations into product roadmap decisions and communicate technical complexity to engineers and logistics operators
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical implementation
- Mastery of API-first design and bidirectional webhook configuration
- Experience with event-driven architecture and stream processing using Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar technologies
- Hands-on integration experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
- Strong debugging skills across distributed, agent-driven workflows
- Deep knowledge of logistics processes including freight procurement, load tendering, carrier management, and exception handling
- Experience with agentic AI systems, context feeding, prompt engineering, tool invocation, or stateful agents is preferred
- Prior forward-deployed or field engineering experience is preferred
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
