Responsibilities

Guide customers from initial trials through full-scale service adoption to drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary solutions architect and technical partner for enterprise customers.
Own end-to-end deployment, custom configuration, and troubleshooting of AI solutions.
Design, build, and deploy integrations between CONXAI solutions and enterprise systems.
Build prototypes, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to validate customer value.
Gather technical issues and customer feedback to help product and engineering teams prioritize features.
Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and internal engineering teams on deployment strategies.

Experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering with direct enterprise customer and engineering-team interaction.
Hands-on programming experience building and maintaining APIs and data integration pipelines.
Deep knowledge of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.
Ability to learn industry software such as Procore, Autodesk, and project management suites.
Ability to understand executive business challenges and collaborate with engineers on solution design.
Strong emotional intelligence, complex negotiation skills, and ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and work with key enterprise customers on-site.
Full professional proficiency in German and English.
