Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing software engineering initiatives as the senior technical lead and solution development advisor.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Copilot Studio agents, Azure Web Apps, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and Power Platform.
  • Recommend architecture, development patterns, security considerations, integration approaches, and enterprise guardrails.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and support production solutions across Power Platform, Azure Web Apps, integrations, automation workflows, and Copilot Studio.
  • Provide technical feasibility, governance, integration, and advisory input to Product & Engineering leadership, IT collaborators, and vendors.
  • Guide citizen developers and M365 Copilot pilot and early-adopter activities, including custom agents and extensions across Teams and SharePoint.
  • Support Power Platform and Azure integration workflows involving Dataverse, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, app registrations, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
  • Maintain documentation, solution diagrams, architecture artifacts, environment notes, runbooks, support paths, and design-decision records.
  • Complete structured knowledge transfer and handoff to internal owners before contract completion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience crafting and developing systems using programming concepts and object-oriented design and development.
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade automation, cloud, Microsoft platform, integration, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud and AI stack, including Power Platform, Azure Web Apps, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Azure AI services.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions and bridging technical execution with business strategy.
  • Strong architectural judgment concerning security, supportability, maintainability, and business risk.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited ramp-up time, prioritize operational and advisory work, communicate with technical and non-technical collaborators, and transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI solution patterns such as LLM workflows, agents, governance, and business-system integration is an asset.
  • Experience implementing AI agent harnesses with orchestration, tool integration, state management, observability, evaluation, and error handling is an asset.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, corporate IT, internal application teams, or enterprise shared services is an asset.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, cloud architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or solution architecture are an asset.
