Base Salary
$90k - $103k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
- Build secure, high-performance APIs and integration services for enterprise business capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Use LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and Microsoft GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver reliable software.
- Promote cloud-native and AI-assisted development best practices, mentor team members, and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices-based applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, API Gateway, GraphQL, and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with Microsoft GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, or LLM-based development concepts.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases, PL/SQL development, JavaScript, and frontend-to-backend integrations.
- Understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, performance optimization, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Preferred qualifications include GRC domain experience, cloud-native observability and service mesh knowledge, AI-powered developer productivity experience, CKAD certification, Certified Java Developer or related cloud-native certifications, and mentoring experience.
