Base Salary
$90k - $103k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
- Build secure, high-performance APIs and integration services supporting enterprise business capabilities and digital transformation.
- Use LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and Microsoft GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver reliable software.
- Mentor team members and promote cloud-native, AI-assisted development, secure coding, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices-based applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, API Gateway, GraphQL, Jenkins, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, or LLM-based development concepts.
- Knowledge of software architecture, secure coding, performance optimization, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Preferred qualifications include GRC domain experience, cloud-native observability and service mesh knowledge, AI-powered developer productivity experience, and Kubernetes Certified Application Developer or Certified Java Developer credentials.
- Preferred certifications may be replaced by equivalent cloud-native and enterprise development credentials.
