Responsibilities
- Implement AML and financial crime technology solutions for customer delivery projects.
- Develop, configure, and support custom components using Java, JavaScript, SQL, scripting, and API integrations.
- Design and implement integrations with customer systems, internal platforms, and third-party services.
- Write secure, efficient, maintainable code and support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
- Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal business, architecture, product, and project teams throughout delivery.
- Document technical designs, configurations, code changes, integrations, risks, and resolutions.
- Build expertise in NiCE Actimize solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of solution implementation experience in financial services, such as banking, brokerage, or insurance.
- Experience working with clients in professional services, technology delivery, or enterprise software implementation environments.
- Strong custom development experience, preferably with Java, plus JavaScript, scripting, and API-based integrations.
- Strong SQL experience for implementation, troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance tuning using MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks.
- Strong English communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, and independent execution skills.
- Knowledge of Actimize or similar AML, fraud, compliance, risk, or financial crime solutions is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, YAML manifests, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, application servers, web servers, Unix environments, and command-line operations is preferred.
- Interest in AI-enabled delivery automation or tools that improve implementation efficiency is preferred.
