Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI agent output.
- Translate Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications.
- Build a new platform from the ground up, designing end-to-end features.
- Work directly with auditors to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability across the product.
- Collaborate with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI.
- Build the product team from the ground up.
Requirements
- Strong fullstack engineering skills with an ownership mindset.
- Ability to design and ship features end to end.
- Deep empathy for users in complex domains, particularly auditors.
- Strong product and design sense for creating intuitive interfaces.
- Comfort operating in high-complexity systems with large datasets.
