Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI-agent output
- Translate Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications
- Build a new platform and design end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Work directly with in-house and customer auditors to understand workflows and pain points
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability across the product
- Collaborate with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the user interface
- Help build the product team from the ground up
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and the ability to design and ship features end to end
- Ability to understand how user interfaces, backend systems, and data systems interact
- Experience working with users in complex domains and translating ambiguous feedback into product decisions
- Strong product and design sense, including the ability to turn wireframes into clean, usable interfaces
- Comfort operating in systems involving large datasets, asynchronous workflows, and partial failures
- Experience with or adjacent to TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, and AWS Fargate
