Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
- Build solutions with security, performance, scalability, and user experience in mind.
- Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to deliver features in a structured way.
- Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
- Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans and tasks.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers in a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in building modern web applications and REST APIs and services.
- Experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Ability to write clean, readable, properly tested code with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
- Preferred qualifications include banking or finance knowledge, AWS or other cloud-provider experience, Golang or Python, UX and UI knowledge, Figma and UI framework experience, visual design skills, SQL or NoSQL databases, client/server architectures or networking, microservice architectures, and Kubernetes.
