Responsibilities
- Lead a small pod to build the MVP of the Skills Marketplace platform.
- Design and build full-stack applications using Kotlin, Spring, and React.
- Lead the pod day to day and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders and clients.
- Work with stakeholders on platform usage and adoption.
- Use Claude or similar AI tools to create a first-pass solution design.
- Work comfortably in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate directly with users.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical teams.
- Experience designing and building full-stack applications with React, Spring, and Kotlin.
- Understanding of AI engineering and tooling.
- Confidence communicating directly with users.
- Ability to work with a startup mindset.
- Claude certification, Codex experience, or Google Gemini experience is desirable.
