Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support front-office applications for Global Linear Rates and FXEM trading businesses.
- Lead and contribute to the architecture and implementation of the Global FXEM Funding platform.
- Build scalable and reliable solutions supporting real-time, intraday, and end-of-day business processes.
- Partner with product leads, strats, traders, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
- Improve system performance, resiliency, operational stability, and transparency for mission-critical trading platforms.
- Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to strategic technology initiatives, platform modernization, and global system rollouts.
- Guide junior staff and initiatives while ensuring compliance with technology standards, development best practices, and control requirements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in software development.
- Experience contributing across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of the relevant business line and discipline, with some knowledge of the competitive environment and adjacent disciplines.
- Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders in a fast-paced front-office environment.
