Base Salary
$164k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver full-stack features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers.
- Build scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions using Azure services.
- Own delivery pipelines and feature flags to support seamless integration and deployment.
- Drive rigorous unit, integration, performance, security, and non-functional testing.
- Use observability tools and logging to diagnose and resolve issues across environments.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design and code reviews, and contribute to technical direction.
- Improve team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices.
- Ensure software meets quality, operational, and architectural standards.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation under the you-build-it-you-run-it model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of application development experience.
- Proficiency in application development guidelines, cloud architecture, and deployment.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core and C#, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Extensive experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with unit, integration, performance, security, TDD, and BDD practices.
- Ability to influence and mentor developers and participate in technical design and code reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting and production application support experience.
- Understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
