Base Salary
$164k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, estimate, and deliver full-stack features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers in partnership with architects and product managers
- Build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions using Azure services
- Improve applications and own delivery pipelines and feature flags to support reliable integration and deployment
- Drive unit, integration, non-functional, performance, and security testing
- Use observability tools and logging to diagnose and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
- Lead technical design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical direction
- Maintain quality, operational, and architectural standards while improving team processes and technology choices
- Participate in the team's you-build-it-you-run-it model and on-call pager rotation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience and at least 5 years of application development experience
- Proficiency in application development guidelines, cloud architecture, and deployment
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and designing and implementing deployment pipelines
- Extensive experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks and knowledge of TDD and BDD practices
- Ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
- Experience reviewing and estimating user stories in an agile delivery process
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on production application support experience
- Understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration
- Financial industry experience is a plus
