Base Salary
$164k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, estimate, and deliver features across the full stack in collaboration with architects and product managers.
- Build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions using Azure services.
- Own delivery pipelines and feature flags for seamless integration and deployment.
- Drive unit, integration, and non-functional testing to ensure production-ready software.
- Use observability tools to diagnose and resolve issues in various environments.
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design and code reviews.
- Continuously improve team operations and technology choices.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation as part of the YBIYRI model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of application development experience.
- Proficient in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with production application support experience.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles.
