Responsibilities

  • Own product features end-to-end, from customer discovery and idea generation through MVP development, production launch, measurement, iteration, and ongoing success.
  • Design, develop, scale, and architect full-stack applications using React or Angular, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Engage directly with customers, participate in support rotations, and use analytics and observability tools to understand product usage.
  • Instrument features, define success metrics, run experiments and A/B tests, and use data to guide product decisions.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and similar AI-assisted development tools as part of daily development workflows.
  • Champion CI/CD practices and improve development workflows to support fast, safe, and reliable deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Testing while independently driving product and technical decisions when appropriate.
  • Mentor developers on technical challenges and product thinking.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of full-stack software development experience building and shipping SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Advanced proficiency with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies across the full stack.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, plus experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.
  • Strong CI/CD experience and familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability practices.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak directly with customers and translate their needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
