Responsibilities

  • Champion AI-augmented engineering workflows using coding assistants and Model Context Protocols.
  • Design, develop, and implement LLM- and ML-powered cybersecurity applications and solutions.
  • Build RAG- and AutoGen-based applications with prompt engineering and vector databases.
  • Integrate ML models into production applications and data pipelines.
  • Analyze model outputs to create meaningful insights and automate data-driven tasks.
  • Embed RAG-enabled LLM features into products and applications.
  • Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-augmented development and cybersecurity ML use cases.
  • Mentor team members in AI-driven engineering practices and promote continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and the wider development community on adaptive development practices.
  • Deliver scalable, resilient, high-volume, highly available cloud-native enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Python and Java.
  • Hands-on knowledge of machine-learning concepts and integrating ML models into production applications and data pipelines.
  • At least 1 year of experience building LLM and generative AI tools, including LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency developing machine-learning or LLM-based AI solutions using RAG or AutoGen.
  • Experience with scripting, SQL, PostgreSQL, vector databases, cloud deployments, and container management.
  • Strong foundation in computer science or systems engineering, including UNIX/Linux, networking, performance troubleshooting, and API-based system integration.
  • Experience building scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions with cloud and container platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps, configuration management tools, Git, Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
  • Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications in regulated environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
