Responsibilities
- Showcase Qualified to prospective customers through custom demos and technical workshops.
- Become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities and best practices.
- Build a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and related technologies.
- Own the technical discovery and qualification process for prospects.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer business goals and needs.
- Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
- Write technical blog content about Qualified capabilities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by aggregating product feedback.
- Monitor industry news to maintain ecosystem expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
- Excellent communication skills and polished presentation abilities.
- Ability to relate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Solution sales driven with a clear understanding of business value.
- Proven experience providing solutions to complex customer requirements.
- Comfortable leading presentations and demos to large groups.
- Ability to identify customer pains and tie them to technical solutions.
- Proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
- Ability to perform well under high pressure and uncertain conditions.
- Bonus: Documented programming experience in frontend or backend languages.
