Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP across integrations, extensions, data migration, and infrastructure.
- Design technical architecture documents, integration blueprints, security architecture, standards, coding guidelines, and architecture patterns.
- Establish and govern the RICEW framework and make build-versus-configure-versus-extend decisions.
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi.
- Oversee integration design, development, testing, deployment, code review, monitoring, and error handling.
- Provide hands-on leadership in developing complex Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
- Architect Oracle Cloud extensions using ADF BC, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Design workflows and approval mechanisms using Oracle BPM, AME, and Fusion Workflow.
- Lead data migration strategy, including data cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, governance, and ETL tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery, performance, scalability, and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT/ERP consulting or architecture experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP technical delivery.
- Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Expert-level Oracle Integration Cloud experience, including design, adapters, error handling, and monitoring.
- Strong development expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, Oracle JET, VBCS, REST/SOAP services, XML, and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Experience migrating from SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or Lawson to Oracle Cloud.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, reporting, and data management strategies.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP technical architecture and governance is preferred.
- Strong data migration and ETL architecture experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Oracle Cloud is preferred.
- Expertise in performance engineering, tuning, and optimization is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
