Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new agents, skills, and platform capabilities for teams across TLDR.
- Build and deploy agents end to end from design through implementation, evaluations, rollout, and internal-user adoption.
- Write specifications and evaluations that define quality and make workflow performance measurable.
- Partner with the Applied AI PM on priorities and independently make smaller product decisions.
- Work with sales, revenue operations, editorial, and people operations stakeholders to identify where LLMs fit into their processes.
- Own production agents and continuously improve workflows as model capabilities advance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years building products and systems with LLMs.
- At least one agent taken to production and still owned by the candidate.
- Fluent coding with AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Ability to write evaluations as part of development and explain quality definitions, measurements, and resulting changes.
- Strong end-to-end execution, product judgment, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders and identify appropriate LLM applications in their processes.
