Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and release enterprise-grade software for access control, entitlement enforcement, and secure data access.
- Architect solutions that protect sensitive data while reducing manual intervention in access management workflows.
- Own products and collaborate with business partners to deliver effective, user-friendly internal applications and tooling.
- Build scalable, highly available, resilient, and auditable policy enforcement infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, risk, product, and business stakeholders across teams.
- Contribute ideas related to user interfaces, product direction, technology choices, and development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and releasing high-quality software.
- Professional experience with one or more of C++, Java, C#, or Python.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
- Professional experience working in a Linux environment is preferred.
- Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, or complex workflows is preferred.
- Experience with middleware such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached is preferred.
- Database schema design, performance optimization, and query tuning skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with unit testing, CI/CD, and DevOps is preferred.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills are preferred.

- Annual base salary range of $160,000-$240,000, plus benefits and bonus.
