Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional verbal and written customer interaction.
- Solve complex technical problems and identify creative solutions.
- Work closely with customers to improve platform performance and security.
- Engage in data analytics to enhance customer solutions.
- Provide after business hours support on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- History of academic success with a distinction average (WAM 75+).
- Flexibility to provide after-hours weekend support for up to 14 weeks per year.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English is preferred.
- Experience in programming/scripting and RDBMS platforms is a plus.
