Responsibilities
- Operate AI-driven modernization and migration pipelines for customer IAM data and artifacts.
- Build, configure, validate, and remediate SailPoint Identity Security Cloud proof-of-value tenants, including sources, schemas, identity profiles, and lifecycle states.
- Troubleshoot AI model outputs, hallucinations, incomplete configurations, system logs, and customer data anomalies.
- Create Sales Engineer-ready demonstration packages, runbooks, walkthrough scripts, and technical summaries.
- Develop prompts, evaluation benchmarks, automation scripts, reusable workflows, and agentic tooling using Python or Bash.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Forward Deployed Engineering on customer identity challenges and escalations.
- Support customer deployments and serve as a subject matter expert in agentic operations, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or technology consulting firm.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software implementation, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution engineering experience.
- Technical proficiency with web services, APIs, application servers, databases, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, and core AI and machine learning concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written communication, verbal communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
- Preferred: 3+ years of specialized Identity Governance and Administration or IAM experience.
- Preferred: administrative or development experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Preferred: experience with Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance, One Identity, RSA/Aveksa, migration workflows, agentic coding environments, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash and professional security, industry, or SailPoint certifications.
