Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.
- Translate business problems and requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Build RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions for business process automation.
- Create prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks for enterprise AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications through APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and other cross-functional groups.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI applications in production environments.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.
- Experience with Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application development.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, solutioning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Preferred experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, or related domains.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform, Gemini, Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Vertex AI Search, or similar cloud AI services.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, ADK, or equivalent frameworks.
- Preferred experience with open-source models, enterprise AI deployments, cloud-native architecture, and containerized deployments.
