Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and monitoring for AI solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure.
- Lead the design and development of DevOps solutions and infrastructure from proof of concept through production delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and drive ownership of key features and components.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and Azure observability services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, secure, and maintainable.
- Apply DevOps best practices, testing, documentation, code review, and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with product management, design, quality assurance, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Deep understanding of modern CI/CD practices, industry best practices, and tooling.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, pipelines, scalability, and architecture.
- Experience deploying solutions with Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, model versioning, and quota management.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, including Azure AI Search, embedding pipelines, and indexing jobs.
- Exposure to agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and MCP/A2A plugins.
- Experience designing observability with Application Insights/Azure Monitor and OpenTelemetry, plus incident response.
- Understanding of managed identity, Key Vault integration, secure network boundaries, Azure Policy, RBAC, networking, and private endpoints.
- Solid experience with Azure Bicep, PowerShell scripts, and YAML for infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of data governance requirements including PII and tenant isolation for AI workloads.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, technical leadership, and English verbal communication skills.
